How do I access my boat from your storage facility?
Whenever you need access to your boat, you will be able to call us or submit a boat request form. If you need your boat transported to Lake Tahoe or to another location, that can be arranged for a fee. Transport services to and from area lakes are included with our Platinum VIP service plan.

What service packages do you offer?
There are four levels of optional VIP boat service — bronze, silver, gold, and platinum. If you go with a VIP service plan, you can choose the option that meets your needs and budget.
Can I get my boat detailed?
Whether or not you store your boat with us, GoldKey can detail your boat for you.
